The "Conference Package" registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all sessions and poster exposition

  • Abstract book

FEMS Meeting Grant

A few travel fellowships for congress participation will be offered by FEMS. This enables us to support early-career scientists who wish to attend the meeting. The applications will be evaluated by the Organizing Committee.  The deadline for application for the grant is January 31, 2017. Before you fill in the application form please make sure you meet all requirements and have submitted an abstract. Applications for a grant will only be considered if they are accompanied by an online registration to the conference.

FEMS requires that a Young Scientist Meeting Grant Applicant is

* a member of a FEMS Member Society, confirmed by any officer of her/his society

* less than 36 years of age at the closing date of the meeting

* an active microbiologist

* a presenting author of an abstract

If you are eligible and wish to apply for the FEMS Meeting Grant, please complete the FEMS grant application form and send it to rpp2017[at]acib.at, together with the title of the abstract and a copy of your ID.



Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be electronically mailed to rpp2017[at]austropa.at 

Registration fees will be refunded as follows:

  • Cancellations received up to and including February 15, 2017: free of charge
  • Cancellations received up to and including March 17, 2017: 50% of the total amount
  • No refund on cancellations after March 17, 2017
  • Any change of reservation (e.g. change of participant name) is free of charge
